Terms for materials purchased.

These terms apply to all materials of any description and any directly associated products brought from the site  except for any offered by third parties.

Delivery

Delivery is possible worldwide using printondemand worldwide's printing facilities. Although delivery should be within a few days of order, please allow up to 14 days before raising a late delivery complaint. In the first instance complaints should be sent by email to johnhall at enstrata.co.uk  and you should clearly state details of goods ordered, order number, and date of purchase.

Discounts

Where 5 or more copies are ordered then a discount of 25% applies. There are higher discounts for higher quantities. Book trade enquirers should make contact by email to johnhall at enstrata.co.uk. There is no sale or return arrangement. Please email your requirements to johnhall at enstrata.co.uk to avail yourself of discounts.

Returns

Any materials (measures, books etc) may be returned within seven days of proof of receipt provided that the materials are properly packaged and returned in pristine condition that enable them to be resold. Deterioration of pages or marks do not count as pristine condition. If materials are returned in pristine condition then your initial amount and return postage will be refunded. If the materials are not in pristine condition or damaged from not being properly packaged, then a second hand price will be offered provided the return was sent in seven days of receipt. Returns are to be made to the address mentioned in the delivery materials.

Liability

By accepting these terms you accept that you will not hold the author(s) or any of its agents liable for any liability arising out of use or consequential impact of the materials or any directly related product. You must ensure that if you make a change to a business practice as a result of what you read or learn, you must ensure that such practice complies with your local laws. Any liability for any matter is restricted to the costs of the materials.

The author(s) assert their copyright and no permission is given for copying or distributing any of the materials in any form or in any media, unless specifically specified to the contrary. 

Free Materials

By accepting the terms, you accept that you can use them as provided and that no claim can be made for any shortfalls in performance.

Disputes

Resolution of any disputes in the first instance must be attempted by contacting Enstrata ltd Administrative office in the Uk - see the about us page. Any further dispute is to be resolved under English law.These terms are not intended to restrict any rights under UK consumer law.

Use of Data

Enstrata Ltd, the owner of the site, will not sell or pass any personal information information to any third party, unless any part of the company that might be sold to another undertaking takes full ownership of the data and the obligation not to sell such information, or unless a designated third party has been involved in the construction, publicity, or delivery of the materials. In agreeing to this term you are agreeing that Enstrata Ltd may update you from time to time about developments of websites under its control.
